Ms. Regina Leong

Ms. Regina Leong is the Permanent Secretary General of the ASEAN Federation of Textile Industries (AFTEX) and a respected leader in the ASEAN textile and apparel industry. She has also held key leadership roles within the Malaysian textile sector, including the Malaysian Textile Manufacturers Association (MTMA).

With extensive experience in regional trade development, manufacturing, sustainability, and industry collaboration, Regina Leong has actively contributed to strengthening ASEAN’s textile and apparel ecosystem through cross-border partnerships, policy dialogue, and industry development initiatives.

She is widely recognized for her role in promoting regional cooperation and advancing ASEAN’s position in the global textile and apparel supply chain.
