She has held senior executive, advisory and operational leadership roles with renowned global brands and organizations including G-Star RAW, GUESS, Carhartt and Infor Nexus.

With deep expertise spanning sourcing, procurement, product development, ESG transformation and global supply chain strategy, she has led operations and transformation initiatives across Asia, Europe, the USA and emerging sourcing markets. Dhyana is widely recognized for bridging commercial strategy with factory-floor execution, having coached more than 2,500 garment manufacturers across 38 countries on operational excellence, compliance, digital transformation and sustainable growth.
