Mr. Felix A. Fernando is the Chairman of the Joint Apparel Association Forum (JAAF), the apex body representing Sri Lanka’s apparel and textile industry. A respected industry leader with decades of experience, he has played a significant role in strengthening Sri Lanka’s position as a globally recognized apparel sourcing destination known for quality, sustainability, and ethical manufacturing.

Under his leadership, JAAF continues to drive industry collaboration, policy advocacy, innovation, and international engagement, while supporting the growth and global competitiveness of Sri Lanka’s apparel sector.
